Hintermann leads the Industrial Design Group at Spectacles, Snapchat’s hardware division.

Before this, he worked at HTC, Huge Design, and Microsoft.

Originally from Switzerland, Hintermann earned a Bachelor of Science in Product Design from the Art Center College of Design and also studied at the School of Design Basel.
